Privacy Policy
1. Who is responsible
AdsOwl ("AdsOwl", "we") is responsible for the personal data processed through adsowl.org, the AdsOwl dashboard and the @AdsOwlbot Telegram bot. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
Payments are processed by Whop, which collects and processes your payment data under its own privacy policy at whop.com/privacy.
2. Data we collect
Account data: name, email address, login, password (stored only as a secure hash), language and the date of registration.
Security data: IP address, approximate city derived from it, device and browser information, and the time of each login. We keep a login journal to protect your account.
Telegram data: if you link Telegram, your Telegram user ID, username and name, so we can send notifications and grant the one-time bonus.
Billing data: your credit balance, transactions, subscription plan and status, and the customer and subscription IDs from Whop. We do not receive or store your full card details.
Project data: niches, keywords, competitors, settings and the materials you upload, plus the results we generate for you.
Chat data: your messages to the AdsOwl assistant and to support, and the replies you receive.
Public data: publicly available videos, comments, profiles and ads from social networks and ad libraries, collected at your request to provide the analysis.
Usage data: pages visited on our website and in the dashboard, time spent on a page, how far it was scrolled and which buttons and links were clicked (never what you type), counted without cookies using a daily-rotating anonymous identifier. We respect the browser's Do Not Track setting. Advertising cookies are used only with your consent (see section 5).
3. Why we use data
To provide the Service under our contract with you: creating your account, running analyses, generating recommendations, sending notifications and keeping your credit balance.
To process payments and comply with tax and accounting obligations (together with Whop).
To keep the Service secure: preventing fraud, abuse of bonuses and unauthorized access (our legitimate interest).
To improve the Service using aggregated statistics (our legitimate interest).
To help you and fix problems: our team can read your chats with the assistant and with support to see what you ask and what isn't working (our legitimate interest). Messages from before you start a new dialog are not shown to the team in this view.
We do not sell your personal data. With your consent, Meta and TikTok receive visit and sign-up events from our public pages to measure and improve our own ads (see section 5).
4. Who we share data with
We share data only with providers needed to run the Service, and only to the extent necessary: hosting providers; AI model providers that process prompts and materials to produce results; data collection providers that retrieve public social media data; Telegram, to deliver bot messages; Whop, to process payments; and, only with your consent, Meta and TikTok as advertising measurement partners.
We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights and users' safety.
Some providers are located outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
5. Cookies
Essential cookies: a session cookie that keeps you logged in and a cookie that remembers your language. The Whop checkout page may set its own cookies needed to process a payment.
Advertising cookies: only if you choose Allow in the consent window, we load the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel on our public pages, the demo, and the login and sign-up pages. They tell Meta and TikTok about visits and completed sign-ups so we can measure our ads and show them to people who may find them useful; these companies process this data under their own policies and may set their own cookies. They are never loaded inside your dashboard. If you decline, or your browser sends Do Not Track, they are not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the website.
6. How long we keep data
Account and project data — while your account is active. After you delete your account, we delete or anonymize it within 30 days, except data we must keep by law.
Billing records — as long as tax and accounting laws require (usually up to 7 years).
Login journal and website visit statistics — up to 12 months.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls and backups. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you of a breach where required by law.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page with its date; we will notify you of material changes.
