Terms of Service
1. Who we are
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AdsOwl website at adsowl.org, the AdsOwl dashboard, the @AdsOwlbot Telegram bot and the related services (together, the "Service"), provided by AdsOwl ("AdsOwl", "we", "us").
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or credits, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
AdsOwl is a software-as-a-service product for marketing analytics of short-form video. It finds and analyzes publicly available videos on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts in your niche, monitors publicly available competitor advertising (for example, in public ad libraries), analyzes public comments, generates video scripts, content plans and other AI-assisted recommendations, and sends notifications to the dashboard and Telegram.
The Service is delivered online. No physical goods are shipped.
AI-generated output is a recommendation, not a guarantee of any result such as views, sales or ad performance. You are responsible for decisions about what you publish and advertise.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
One person or business may receive the Telegram sign-up bonus only once. Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses is prohibited and may lead to suspension and removal of the bonus.
4. Credits, subscriptions and prices
Paid features of the Service are paid for with AdsOwl credits. The price of each paid run is shown in credits in the dashboard before you start it, and expensive actions require confirmation. You can set monthly spending limits per project.
Subscriptions. Subscription plans (currently Starter, Pro and Advanced) are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Each paid period adds the number of credits stated for the plan on the pricing page (for example, the $10 Starter plan adds 1,200 credits every month). Yearly plans add the credits for the whole year when the payment is completed.
Credit packs. You can buy extra credits at any time without a subscription, at 100 credits per $1, from 500 credits ($5) up to $1,000 per payment.
Prices are listed on the pricing page at adsowl.org/en/pricing. Applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Credits can be used only to pay for features of the Service. They are not money or stored value, cannot be transferred to another account or used outside the Service, and cannot be withdrawn as cash, except through a refund under our Refund Policy. Bonus credits (including the sign-up and subscription bonuses) have no cash value.
We may change prices or plans. Changes to subscription prices take effect from your next billing period, and we will notify you in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Whop, our payment provider, on its checkout page. Whop handles your payment details; we never see or store your full card number. Your statement will show WHOP*ADS OWL.
When you pay, you also accept Whop's terms (whop.com/tos).
6. Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the dashboard ("Manage subscription"). Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Credits already added remain available.

7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe anyone's rights; harass, spam or contact people found through the Service in violation of applicable law or platform rules; attempt to bypass usage limits, security or payment; resell or share access to the Service without our permission; or interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
The Service works with publicly available data. You are responsible for using any data and insights in compliance with applicable laws, including data protection and advertising laws, and the rules of the relevant platforms.
AI voice and likeness. The AI voiceover uses only ready-made stock voices of our providers; the Service does not offer voice cloning. You must not use the Service to imitate the voice, face or identity of a real person, or to present AI-generated speech or video as said or done by a real person, without that person's clear permission. You must have the rights and any required consent for the people, voices, footage and images you upload. We may remove such content and suspend accounts that break this rule.
8. Topics that need approval
Work on the following topics is available only after approval by our administration: swimming pools, jacuzzis and hot tubs, bunkers, shelters, and fiberglass products. When you enter such a topic in the Service, it is sent for review and work on it stays unavailable until a decision is made. We may approve or decline a request at our discretion and will tell you the decision. Credits are not charged for a request that is held for review.
9. Your content and intellectual property
You keep all rights to the materials you upload (such as footage, logos and texts). You grant us a limited license to process them only to provide the Service to you.
Scripts, plans and other output generated for you may be used by you for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. Because AI output is generated automatically, similar output may be generated for other users.
The Service itself, including its software, design, the AdsOwl name and the owl character, belongs to us and is protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any of these rights to you.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party platforms and providers (for example, social networks, ad libraries, AI model providers and Telegram). We are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make that affect the Service, but we will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service working.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, add or remove features. If a change materially reduces a paid feature you rely on, you may cancel and request a refund for the unused part of a prepaid period.
12. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these Terms, after notice where reasonable. If we close your account without your fault, we will refund any unused paid credits.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business opportunities.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, or liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date and, for material changes, notify you in the dashboard or by Telegram before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
